Exercise Therapy

Restore energy and movement naturally.

Exercise Therapy (also known as Neuromuscular Reeducation) is a form of chiropractic treatment used to help manage pain, rehabilitate damaged soft tissues, such as muscles, ligament, and tendons as well as restore normal range of motion, function, balance and even posture. Treatment may include balance exercises such as one-legged standing and the progressive use of a balance board.

The broad goal of neuromuscular reeducation exercises involves restoring a natural mind-body connection by coordinating your mental perception with physical behavior. Neuromuscular reeducation exercises aim to restore natural and energy-efficient movement patterns, optimize joint biomechanics and reduce pain that may result from neuromuscular deficiencies.
